As a Portfolio/Program Manager, I oversee and track 19+ projects across different Treasury Management products; speed-to-revenue and cost/cycle time reduction are the main metrics, but the projects I oversee also include tech development/automation efforts. The focus is on value generation and delivery. In this role, I partner with Executive and Senior Management to identify, prioritize, develop, track, and execute strategic initiatives. The POC uses multiple vendors, requiring vendor management including contractor onboarding, SOW oversight & Milestone delivery, and billing. Activities included:

I created financial models detailing estimated revenues, profitability timelines, estimated FTE growth, business costs, and capitalization rates. I created “pitch decks” for prospects, created sample workflows, and collaborated with Legal & Compliance on service offering/MSA agreements. Activities included":
Develop and manage program and project roadmap(s) focused on achievable milestones and revenue realization
Define/develop business processes and workflows; drive requirements gathering, product roadmap and implementation

Assistant VIce President, Program/Project Manager - M&A Integration PMO
In October 2018, State Street announced the purchase of Charles River Development (CRD), a well known and respected Fin Tech company . I worked as a program/project manager to integrate Charles River Development with State Street. As the 2nd PM hired, I worked closely with consultants to transition the proposed framework into a functional PMO. I took responsibility for operational readiness by creating the PMO Readiness Plan and developing PMO Governance Processes, as well as documenting workflows and standardized reporting expectations. Within the PMO itself, I was directly responsible for Program Management and Oversight of the Cost Synergies Program for the savings announced in the Deal. I managed the Cost Synergies Program for the savings announced in the Deal. I managed/coordinated the realization of $55M-$65M net cost savings, working with other project managers, Finance, Business Leaders, and Executives across the bank to realize/report on the company’s commitments.
